It may be strange that this well-groomed Irish haunt offers seafood risotto, but it won’t even matter after you taste Plough’s expert version. Basmati rice is cooked with chipotle, which gives it a piquant, unexpectedly spicy flavor. Every bite includes smatterings of scallops, shrimp and capers, and a creamy tomato sauce binds it all together nicely. Open for lunch Mon.-Fri., 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.; open for dinner Mon.-Thu., 5-10 p.m.; Fri.-Sat., 5-10:30 p.m.; Sun., 5-9 p.m.; open for brunch Sat.-Sun., 10:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
